	Please note that we only provide EPCs for New Dwellings

		On-Construction Energy Performance Certificates Code for Sustainable Homes Rating Renewable Energy Plans SAP, DER/TER Rating Pressure Testing

		For Dwellings, we provide a service to Architects, Developers, Builders and Self-Builders in relation to the SAP or DER/TER requirements of the Building Regulations (England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). We carry out pressure testing of dwellings.


	IMPORTANT ... Before an EPC can be issued, the final address of the dwelling(s) must be confirmed and registered with the local authority (street naming and numbering officer). Please see advice notes
