From 1st September 2010, every initial Planning application must have a sustainability report produced to the requirements of Technical Advice Note 22 (amended November 2010).
Energy Check will provide you with a report at reasonable cost, consisting of the following information:
- Certification of Site Registration for the Code for Sustainable Homes
- Full Code Pre-Assessment Report
- Low or Zero Carbon Renewables Matrix (for the particular Development)
- Information on suitable renewables
- Outline constructional specification
- Flood risk map and topographical information
