New Build Pre-submission Stage
Step 1.
Prior to Building Regulation submission, forward to Energy Check one copy of drawings/specification of the proposed dwelling.
Step 2.
Detailed calculations will be made to determine the TER / DER plus Summer overheating risk
Step 3.
- You will be informed of compliance
- and will receive an invoice for this stage (payable within 21 days)
- plus TER / DER data
- *table of U-values (including appropriate default values if not fully specified)
- schedule of heating efficiencies (including secondary heating assumptions)
- hot water storage cylinder specification (appropriate default if not specified)
- schedule of space heating / water heating controls
- internal and external lighting guide with pro-forma for completion
- copy of the relevant Accredited Construction Details
- appropriate Domestic Heating Compliance Guide
- pro-forma checklist for completion by the builder
